To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right of the website.
Click on My account, then Account Details.
Click Edit next to Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Click Save Changes.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at least 1-2 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Arrange for the return shipment with our support team, who will guide you through the process.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

We offer a 2 days return policy on our items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 2 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
